Toriva
Toriva vs. Imagen

The Imagen AI alternative for real estate photographers

Imagen grades and culls in your own style, per photo. Toriva puts HDR merging, skies, windows, clutter, twilight, staging and the listing video on one credit list, priced per edit.

Imagen's figures were taken from their own published pricing in September 2026, in US dollars; prices change and promotional rates come and go, so check theirs before deciding. A dash means we could not verify a figure and would rather leave it blank than guess. Toriva's side is read directly from the product's own price list.

When Imagen is the better choice

  • You have trained a personal AI profile over thousands of edits and your clients recognise that look. That profile is real switching cost and you should not give it up lightly.
  • Culling is the part of your workflow that actually hurts. Toriva does not cull.
  • You shoot weddings or portraits alongside real estate. Toriva is built only for property work.

The same listing, priced on both sides

A 30-photo shoot with the edits a listing usually needs: a few skies, some window pulls, two rooms staged, two twilight heroes. Toriva's figures come from the credit list at plan rates; Imagen's from their published prices.

On the photo editing alone the two are close. Imagen does offer declutter, twilight and staging, but publishes no price for them, so they sit outside its figure; Toriva's figure includes all six.

Before you
switch

  • Can I use both?
Yes, and many photographers should. Run your grade wherever you run it today, then bring the exteriors and hero shots into Toriva for skies, window pulls, twilight and staging. Toriva charges only for the edits you run there, so nothing is paid twice.
  • Do I keep full resolution and my metadata?
Yes. Exports keep the original resolution, and EXIF, XMP and ICC data are carried through to the downloaded file at 300 dpi.
  • Will the edits look fake to an agent?
Sky replacement keeps your roofline, trees and reflections; only the sky is swapped. Window pull has three strengths so you can stop short of the HDR look. Anything that composites new content into a frame — staging, declutter, fireplace — can be exported with a "virtually staged" or "digitally altered" stamp, which several MLS markets require.
  • What does it cost to get started?
Plans start at $15 a month for 30 credits — 30 photo edits, or 10 staged rooms and twilights. Unused credits roll over for three months, and you can cancel at any time.

Run one real shoot through it before you decide

Upload a listing, fix the skies, pull the windows and make one twilight hero — on your own photos, not a demo.
