Toriva

Talk to a person, not a ticket queue

Toriva is small enough that support and engineering are the same inbox. If a tool is getting something wrong on your photos, that email goes straight to whoever can fix it.

Include the photo and what you ran on it where you can. It saves a round trip and usually gets a fix rather than an explanation.

A result came out wrong

Send the original photo, what you ran on it and what came back. Edge cases on real shoots are how the tools get fixed, and this is the most useful email you can send.

Billing, credits or a refund

A plan change, anything on an invoice, or a credit you think was charged in error. A run that changes nothing is refunded automatically, so this is for everything else.

Does it fit my workflow?

Volume, turnaround, what it will and will not do on your kind of listings. Worth asking before you pay rather than after.

Before you

  • What does it cost?
Credits, spent per edit rather than per photo. The pricing page lists every tool and every plan, and uploading, RAW bracket merging and downloads are free.
  • Will this tool do what I need?
Every tool page has a section saying what that tool will not do, which is usually the faster answer. Lawn repair cannot fill bare dirt, window pull cannot recover a fully clipped pane, and staging does not renovate.
  • How does it compare to what I use now?
There are comparison pages for Imagen, AutoHDR, BoxBrownie and Virtual Staging AI, each with current published prices and an honest note on where the other tool is the better buy.
  • Can I get a refund for an edit that did nothing?
An edit that changes nothing is not charged. A declutter on a tidy room, a window pull with no blown-out glass or a perspective pass on an already straight frame ends as a no-op and its credits go back to your balance automatically. An edit that fails is refunded the same way. If a charge still looks wrong, email with the photo and it gets looked at.
