Virtual staging for a bedroom
An empty bedroom is hard to read. Buyers want to know whether their own bed fits, and a staged one answers that in a second.
- 3 credits a room, whatever the style
- Works from one photo — furnish it, restyle it, or empty it first
- Consistent across several angles of the same room

What matters in a bedroom
Bed scaled to what the room can actually take, with bedside tables that fit either side. Getting the bed size right matters more than the styling: a king in a room that only holds a double is the fastest way to lose trust at the viewing.
Shooting for it
Shoot from the doorway corner so the bed wall and the window both show. That framing gives the staging the most to work with.

Before you stage it
- Check the bed against the real wall width before you deliver. A king in a double-sized room is the fastest way to lose a buyer at the viewing.
- Frame the main bedroom wide enough to show both bedside positions. A bed with no room for nightstands looks oversized even when it is not.
- If it is only cluttered rather than badly furnished, declutter at 2 credits is cheaper and keeps the real furniture.
- Staging adds content that was not in the frame. Export with the "virtually staged" stamp where your MLS requires it.
- It stages rooms, it does not renovate them. Worktops, walls and windows stay as they are.

Staging a bedroom:
questions
Can it stage the same room as a guest room or a nursery instead?
Yes. Pick the bedroom type for a guest room and the kids room type for a nursery, and run the photo both ways at 3 credits each if the agent wants to show two uses. How much does it cost to stage a bedroom?
3 credits per room, the same as every other room type. On a monthly plan that is roughly a dollar a room. There is no separate charge to download the result. Can I try more than one style on the same room?
Yes, each run costs 3 credits. Agents often want to see two options for the main rooms, which is worth pricing into what you charge for the shoot. What if the bedroom already has furniture?
Use Keep Layout to restyle around what is there, or Empty Room to clear it and stage from scratch. Which one you want usually depends on whether the existing furniture is the problem.Do staged photos need a disclaimer?
Several MLS markets require one. Exports can carry a "virtually staged" or "digitally altered" stamp in the corner. Check your own MLS rules.
