Toriva vs. Virtual Staging AI

Virtual Staging AI's figures were taken from their own published pricing in September 2026, in US dollars; prices change and promotional rates come and go, so check theirs before deciding. A dash means we could not verify a figure and would rather leave it blank than guess. Toriva's side is read directly from the product's own price list.

When Virtual Staging AI is the better choice

  • Staging is genuinely the only thing you need, and someone else already handles the photography and the rest of the edits.
  • You iterate heavily on each room. Unlimited renders inside a quota beats per-render credits when you try many styles per photo.
  • You want the cheapest possible per-photo staging at volume and nothing else bundled in.

The same listing, priced on both sides

A 30-photo shoot with the edits a listing usually needs: a few skies, some window pulls, two rooms staged, two twilight heroes. Toriva's figures come from the credit list at plan rates; Virtual Staging AI's from their published prices.

Virtual Staging AI

Room for room the staging costs about the same, and their side here is a plan month rather than two renders. The difference is that everything else on the shoot is inside Toriva's figure and needs a second tool on theirs.

Before you
switch

  • Is Toriva cheaper for staging alone?
At plan rates a staged room is about $0.97, which sits inside their range rather than clearly under it. The saving is not in the staging, it is in not paying a second and third subscription for skies, twilight and decluttering.
  • Can I empty a room as well as furnish one?
Yes. Empty Room mode removes all the furniture, which is usually the first step before restaging in a different style.
  • Will the room match across several photos?
Furniture and styling stay consistent across several angles of the same room, so a listing does not show two different living rooms.
  • Do staged photos need a disclaimer?
Several MLS markets require one. Exports can carry a "virtually staged" or "digitally altered" stamp in the corner. Check your own MLS rules.

Run one real shoot through it before you decide

Upload a listing, fix the skies, pull the windows and make one twilight hero — on your own photos, not a demo.
