Virtual staging

AI virtual staging for real estate photos

Staging one photo is easy. Staging three angles of the same living room so the sofa is still the same sofa is the part that matters, and the part buyers notice when it goes wrong.

  • 3 credits per room
  • 8 styles, 7 room types
  • Optional "virtually staged" stamp for MLS disclosure

What staging actually does

Three modes, three different jobs

Empty Room — remove all furniture from the photo. Keep Layout — improve the room while keeping the current furniture layout. Change Layout — remove existing furniture and generate a completely new layout.

Consistent across angles

Furniture and styling carry across several photos of the same room, so a listing does not show two different living rooms. This is the thing most staging tools do not do.

Disclosure built in

Exports can carry a "virtually staged" or "digitally altered" stamp in the corner. Several MLS markets require it, and having it on by default is easier than remembering per photo.

What virtual staging will not do

  • It stages rooms. It will not renovate one — no new worktops, no moved walls, no changed windows.
  • A room shot at an extreme angle or in very low light gives the model little to work from.
  • Check your own MLS rules on disclosure. The stamp is available, but knowing when it is required is on you.

Where staging sits in the price list

RAW brackets merged into one photo, on every plan.

Clutter found and removed; only those spots are repainted.

Questions about
virtual staging

  • What styles are available?
Traditional, Modern, Farmhouse, Luxury, Coastal, Scandinavian, Midcentury and Bohemian.
  • Can it empty a furnished room instead of staging it?
Yes. Empty Room mode removes all the furniture, which is the usual first step before staging a room in a different style.
  • Will the same room match across photos?
That is what the multi-angle handling is for: stage several photos of one room and the furniture and styling stay consistent between them.
  • Do I keep the original resolution and metadata?
Yes. Exports come back at the resolution you uploaded, and EXIF, XMP and ICC data are carried through to the downloaded file at 300 dpi.
  • What if I run two edits on the same photo?
A job is charged once, at the rate of its most expensive edit: a sky replacement and a declutter on the same frame is one 2-credit job, not two charges. Fireplace and TV screens are separate tools and add 1 credit each on top.
  • Do I need a subscription to try it?
Yes. Plans start at $15 a month for 30 credits, and unused plan credits roll over for three months. You can cancel at any time; the plan and the credits in your balance stay usable until the end of the billing period you have paid for.

Stage a real room from your own photo

Try two styles in the main room, then stage the rest of the listing.
